Want to spice up your Gin & Tonic a bit? Try this. half way between a Hawksmoor Collins and a G&T.
- 40 ml Gin
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 7ml Campari
- dash orange bitters
Stir quickly with one ice cube in a collins glass to cool the mixture. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Float one of those baby 150ml Fevertree tonic cans over the top. Garnish with lemon slices. Maybe add a rosemary sprig.

Pink G&T seems to be a thing now. The angostura can be a bit too forward. This is bitter but a bit less aggressive.
