On Facebook privacy: Year's ago, Facebook introduced an RSS feed of the wall. The members screamed blue murder that their private wall posts were appearing elsewhere on the web. The API makes this possible again. So I think a 3rd party should use the API to re-create the RSS feed. I'd do it myself, but I don't want to pay the resulting bandwidth costs or cope with the support issues when it breaks. This morning, I think this is all a good thing. It's about time people stopped thinking of Facebook as in any way private. That doesn't make it any less useful, just useful in a different way.
