Hmm reading Buzz is time consuming and unless your main buzz reading device is a mobile phone then chances are you are reading it on a desktop (with no geotagging capability) and if you are out and about then you maybe (short of a coffee shop etc) "On the Go" and lacking the time to leisurely read through these posts and respond with a geotagged comment.
Even then I suspect some people will pause about giving out their current location unless its to make a point - Look where i am!!

Except that laptops are portable too. And the same geo-location by wifi works fine on them. So why don't we get location enabled apps on the web? There's no "Buzz Nearby" in the web version. There doesn't seem to be a buzz layer in the web Maps site (that I can see). Latitude is also pretty much mobile only as the only web part is an iGoogle Gadget. And while we're at it, wheer's the Buzz iGoogle gadget. So many ideas, so little actually finished. 14 Feb 2010 14 Feb 2010
