50ml Gin, 20ml Dry vermouth, 15ml Cynar, Orange twist

My first time with Cynar. Tastes to me like a less aggressive version of Fernet Branca. So will probably pair well with red vermouth in the Manhattan family. I can't say I can spot any Artichoke flavours even if it's made from the leaves.
