An Americano is so simple. 40ml Campari, 40ml Red Vermouth, 80ml soda in a Collins glass. Three Sheets have turned this into a complicated batch.

Cut everything in 5 for a single portion. 25ml Campari, 25ml (Sweet) white wine, 5ml Luxardo cherry syrup, 2.5ml dbl syrup, 1ml cider vinegar, 1 dash angostura, tiny pinch of salt. Top with 75ml soda, Twisted bay leaf-Luxardo cherry garnish.

It's delish, but what a faff.
