On hands free calls, the sound quality through the mic was bad for the caller. Way too much ambient noise.

Not helped that the Phonak and Boots apps are primitive and useless.

Volume set in the app doesn't get remembered between charging and on-off cycles. Meaning you have to reset the volume at least once a day.

Online tech support is minimal via email only. Best bet is peer support through Reddit but that's as flaky as always.

Doing tech support for the partner's fancy new bluetooth hearing aids. The camel's straw was not having any control over notification and ringtone volume through the HAs and it was REALLY LOUD. She doesn't listen to music or radio through headphones. So Bluetooth turned out to be useless and is now disabled.

The TV connector was returned as it was too awkward. Particularly shared volume control. and when only one of us was watching sport on TV with the other next door.

New bin rules today, for some of us.

In many councils this means doubling the number of bins, which then sit on the pavement all week as there's nowhere else for them.

I must down to the woods again, to the lonely tree and the sky,
And all I ask is a tall oak and a full moon to steer me by;
And the deer’s kick and the blackbird’s song and the white blossom shaking,
And a grey mist from the morning dew, and a grey dawn breaking.

Full Pink Moon, Sprouting Grass Moon, Egg Moon, or Fish Moon.

Anyway, It's got everything :-
- A prophet creation myth borrowed from the Egyptians
- A resistance movement that systematically murdered the first born of every family of the ruling class. "An Angel did it!"
- Escape and migration to a promised land
- A Tsunami & Volcano
- The birth of a religious death cult

If you were amazed at the myths & legends that religion has built around the winter solstice, you won't believe what they did for the first full moon after the spring equinox.

Given it's Spring, it's surprising just how much of it is about death.

The bit that scares me is Easter Bunnies Laying Chocolate Eggs.
