Freedland asks why there aren't more anti-racist in general and in particular anti-antisemitism rallies in London. A "Jewish Lives Matter" movement for example. If that's needed, then fair enough. There's nothing stopping the Jewish community (or anyone else) doing exactly that. But can they do it *without* Israeli flags and Zionist slogans? Because anti-antisemitism is not the same as Pro-Israel.

Except of course it is. Because the pro-Israel lobby will inevitably hijack it.

There are 3 separate but apparently indivisible rights brought up in all these articles. Talk about one and you inevitably get drawn into the other two. Defend one and you have to explain your position on the other two. And why those are also right or wrong.

1) The right of Jews to exist and practice their faith without fear

2) The Zionist right of Jews to a home land of their own

3) The right of Israel to exist. And the actions of its government and people.

Maybe we need a language to make "manage decline" look like a benefit, rather than a disaster. The big problem is that global economics are based on funding the present via borrowing from future growth. And support for the aged is funded by a similar (reverse?) ponzi scheme. It's funded by taxing current workers, instead of past earnings.
