I think what I need is an unlicensed, unregistered, electric pedicab for 4 people, that I can drive when drunk without risk of losing any license.

What could possibly go wrong! Hmmm, 250w and power cut off at 15mph isn't going to cut it with 4 people on board.

Small market town in Hertfordshire. Boozy lunch for 4 in an excellent village gastropub about 4 miles away. Your choices :-

1) Private car 15 mins. One designated non-drinking driver
2) E-Bike 20mins. Except one doesn't cycle.
3) Taxi. ~£15 each way
4) Bus 75 mins. 15min walk, 15min wait for late bus, 35min trip. Table must be just right to fit timetable.
5) Bookable on demand (Lynx) bus. Start and end are now on map but impossible to book as never available.
