9 years on and we still don't know what Brexit was, what it should be and how to deal with it. A majority understands how disastrous it's been. Even among people who voted Leave, a majority of them wished they hadn't. It's a long and slow process of returning. It starts with voluntary alignment by the UK with the EU. UK exceptionalism won't even allow that as the same rich people and enemies would apparently rather have chaos.
